INTRODUCTION
First of all, thankyou for downloading this repaint and i hope you enjoy it. This repaint has been a product of a month of work and is part of my series of Posky Airbus 330-200s repaints, including Qantas, Swiss, Lufthansa, and possibly a SriLankan A330-200 sometime in the near future.
This aircraft was delivered in 09/04/98 and it is powered by 2 PW4168A engines.
Even though the repainting process only took 2 days, I took the care to check the decals are placed in the exact locations - and incorporate as much details as i could to make sure it is as accurate as possible - and as a result, the time spent on this repaint blew out to almost 4 weeks!
Notable features include the engine (& engine pylon) textures. They are as close as I could get them to look to realism.I have included as many details as possible into the bitmap textures after comparing many photos of the Swiss A330

This aircraft is HB-IQA , with the NOVARTIS sticker on the left side of the nose, just below the cockpit windows. Note this sticker is not only the right side in the corresponding area.

Information of this aircraft
SWISS deploys its Airbus A330-223 aircraft fleet on its services to and
from Central Africa, the Eastern Seaboard of North America, the
Indian subcontinent and the Middle East. The twinjet, one of the most
advanced aircraft flying today, offers maximum travel comfort in its
SWISS configuration. It is also highly cost-effective, and boasts
impeccable ecological credentials.
The Airbus A330-223, in SWISS configuration, seats 196 passengers in a three-class cabin or 230 passengers in a two-class seating arrangement. The focus has been
clearly placed on maximum comfort in interior design terms. But long-haul
services demand a fair share of entertainment, too. Thats why the new
Matsushita inflight entertainment system, which features a screen at every
seat, offers a broad range of movies, information, games, duty-free
shopping and digital-quality music. First Class passengers also enjoy
special headphones that actively reduce ambient cabin noise. The cabin
also features satellite phones to keep passengers in touch all over the
world. First and Business Class travellers additionally enjoy their own
laptop connections, while two central connections are provided for the
Economy Class cabin.
The aircrafts two Pratt & Whitney PW4168A engines incorporate the latest
powerplant technology. As a result, the A330s overall fuel consumption is
a 25-per-cent improvement on that of the MD-11, or a 15-per-cent
improvement in per-passenger terms. On the noise front, too, the A330 is a
sizable step forward from the MD-11.
With a cargo capacity of 16.6 tonnes, the A330-223 can carry as much
airfreight as a Boeing 747 in all-passenger version. The aircrafts fuselage
cross-section is also generous enough to accommodate all normal-sized
containers, allowing swift and efficient loading and unloading of cargo
consignments.
The A330-223 can operate on routes such as Zurich-Chicago non-stop with
a full passenger and cargo payload. From 2003 onwards, SWISSs A330s
will share the companys long-haul network with the A340, its four-engined
sister, which will replace the present MD-11s.

This aircraft is released as FREEWARE.
